Grand Canyon of PA, Pennsylvania

Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania

Along picturesque Route 6 in northern Pennsylvania, which follows old Indian trails, are many of this state's most special towns and attractions. The route was known as The Grand Army of the Republic Highway in honor of Union veterans of the Civil War. Here, Pine Creek meanders through a glacier cut almost one mile across and 800 feet deep making room for the wild turkey that have now returned to the gorge.
